• Get your reusable bags ready because the first H-E-B is officially coming to Tarrant County next year. After a June announcement from Hillwood Development that the San Antonio chain was planned in Alliance, the grocery store has released its new intended spot: the US 287 and Broad Street in Mansfield. 🛒

• Keep your eyes peeled along West Seventh Street. There are three new outdoor sculptures in the First on 7th Plaza. The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth has provided George Segal's “Chance Meeting,” Alex Katz's “Park Avenue Departure,” and Bautista Moroles' “Texas Shield” for a permanent public display downtown. • The Texas A&M University System Board of Regents voted to expand its lease in Fort Worth last week. The expansion will add 10,630 sqft of office space in Burnett Plaza for new TAMU System offices. The expansion will work alongside the university’s law school and blossoming campus in town.

• Being left at the altar might be a fear for many engaged couples, but the officiant isn’t usually the worrying party. Fort Worth couple Luis and Sarah Garcia were at a loss when the officiant never showed up, but luckily barbecue caterer and ordained minister Jube Joubert of Jube's Smokehouse saved the day. 💍 (NBC DFW)

• Speaking of barbecue, Hulu’s award-winning series “BBQuest: Beyond the Pit” made a couple stops in Cowtown to chow down on the Lone Star State’s favorite food.
