A new mural is in the works just south of downtown + will feature tactile and audio elements. The artwork — located behind the Lighthouse for the Blind of Fort Worth building (912 W. Broadway Ave.) — is over 2,000 sqft and faces South Adams Street. Lighthouse for the Blind staff collaborated with the blind community to brainstorm ways to make the mural accessible for everyone.
Artist Kristen Soble started planning the mural last October + expects it to be complete in June.
