#FTWTODAY
Funky Town Fridge is an installation of fridges stocked with food to help fight food insecurity.
The community takes care of the fridges by filling them, cleaning them + creating a welcoming environment by allowing local artists to paint creative designs.
There are currently two fridges in Southside Fort Worth, one in the Polytechnic Heights area and one at the Goodwill on Campus Drive — with another fridge expected to go up in the Stop Six neighborhood soon. If you want to get involved, check out the food donation guidelines. #DYK that your photos and quotes could be featured in our newsletter? Just use #FTWtoday on social media. THE WRAP
