Down dogs, meet goats. Yoga is a great way to stay active and manage stress, and interacting with animals reduces cortisol (aka the stress hormone), so adding animals to a yoga class is the perfect way to take relaxation up a notch.

The next goat yoga class is happening Sat., Aug. 27 from 9-10 a.m. at Victory Forest Community Center (3427 Hemphill St.). Just bring a mat and get ready to meet your new yoga partners.

🥊 Boxing

These lessons pack a punch. Boxing is a fun, high-intensity workout that can help improve heart health, boost whole body strength + more while working up a sweat.
